About this role
Seven Starling seeks a Mental Health Therapist with experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online individual therapy and serving women’s mental health, including perinatal, early parenting, perimenopause, and menopause. This role is fully remote and requires Iowa licensure.
You will lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting, participating in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support. The environment is fully flexible yet supportive, with transparent scheduling based on your availability.

Requirements
- Must reside and be fully licensed in the state of Iowa (IA) as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage & family therapist, mental health counselor, or psychologist.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in women’s mental health with a focus on maternal mental health and/or perimenopause.
- Experience working in a telehealth setting and considered tech savvy.
- Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care.
- Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication.
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite.
- Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, early-stage environment.
- Bilingual is a plus.
