Community Midwife - Reliever

NCN Health has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Midwife to join our Community Nursing team. The Community Midwife is responsible for providing and coordinating high quality antenatal and postnatal domiciliary maternity care and support to women and families. This aligns with services under the Level 1 Maternity Capability Framework.

The Community Midwife works in partnership with women, their General Practitioners, and the birthing hospital. Provide support, care, and advice during pregnancy and the post-partum period. Ensure that women and their babies receive holistic, coordinated care and support.
