Cabrini Health is a leading Catholic, private, for-purpose health service in Melbourne’s southeast, inspired by the mission and ethic of care of the Cabrini Sisters for over 75 years. We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses and Registered Midwives to join our team across multiple clinical areas, including Midwifery and Maternity Services, Surgical/Medical, Cath Lab, and Perioperative Services.

In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will deliver care that meets Cabrini’s organisational goals while demonstrating attention to the needs of the patient and family to maintain privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Current AHPRA Nursing Registration or AHPRA eligibility assessment for international candidates
  • Bachelor of Nursing Degree
  • 1 year of relevant clinical experience is essential
  • Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes
  • Ability to work within the Mission and Values of the organisation
  • Enthusiasm for participation in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service focus and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Deliver care to patients to meet Cabrini’s organisational goals
  • Demonstrate attention to the needs of the patient and family to maintain privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
  • Practice independently and interdependently, assuming accountability and responsibility for own actions and delegation of care to enrolled nurses and healthcare workers
  • Provide compassionate, connected care that transforms lives together with the team
