Requirements

Must be an IBCLC
Must be residing in the United States, excluding CA, CT, IL, NJ, NY, MA, MD, OR
Ability to provide direct member care for 5 hours per week as a part-time, independent contractor (1099 position)
2+ years of prior experience in the telehealth space and comfort providing care through a digital health platform
Own an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) that can be updated past iOS16 and have access to a laptop computer with strong and reliable internet access
Passionate about women’s and family health

Responsibilities

Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 20-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging around breastfeeding basics
Assist with establishing a good latch and making positional corrections for best success
Guide on understanding a normal experience, pumping, avoiding formula, combo feeding, and/or formula feeding
Offer resources and actionable steps
Capture encounter summary documentation in MPractice
Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including in-person referrals and follow-ups
Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care
