About this role
As an Advanced Practice Midwife you shape clinical care at the highest level while actively advancing the professionalization of obstetric services. You expand existing care models and continuously develop the APM role in the delivery room and selected areas of maternity medicine.
You independently accompany and monitor physiological pregnancy, birth, and postpartum courses using evidence-based methods. You design, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate training programs for patients, relatives, and colleagues, including midwives, while providing expert counseling on reproductive health topics such as breastfeeding support.
You join an interdisciplinary team that emphasizes mutual appreciation and helpfulness within one of the region’s largest employers. Flexible working time accounts and preferred duty schedules support balance between professional demands and personal life.
