In this role, you will lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting, using evidence-based models to serve women during perinatal, early parenting, perimenopause, and menopause stages. You will participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed.
You will join an early-stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare, with dedicated support from Operations, HR, and IT professionals. The environment is fully flexible and supportive, allowing you to work remotely with transparent scheduling and no minimum hour requirements.

Requirements
- Must reside and be fully licensed in the state of Oregon (OR)
- Independently licensed as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage & family therapist, mental health counselor, or psychologist
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in women’s mental health with a focus on maternal mental health and/or perimenopause
- Experience working in a telehealth setting and consider yourself tech savvy
- Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care
- Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite
- Bilingual is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting
- Deliver evidence-based therapy for women’s mental health, including perinatal, early parenting, perimenopause, and menopause
- Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support
- Collaborate with peer support and medication management team as part of holistic care model
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic medical records
- Work remotely in a fully flexible, but supportive environment
