Requirements

  • Current International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred
  • Experience in maternal-child health or lactation services
  • Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to educate and counsel patients effectively
  • Knowledge of breastfeeding physiology and management
