Certified Nurse Midwife

WellSpan Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to deliver full-scope midwifery care in Lebanon, PA. This role combines inpatient hospital services with outpatient clinic responsibilities at an established OB/GYN practice. The position is open to both experienced midwives and new graduates seeking a balanced hospital and clinic experience.

The schedule follows a flexible rotating pattern with two 24-hour call shifts in week one and one 24-hour call shift plus one 8-hour office day in week two. You will provide inpatient care, labor and delivery coverage, and postpartum rounding at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital while maintaining continuity for patients across settings.

You will collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team focused on high-quality, patient-centered maternal and reproductive health services. The role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive women’s health care across the lifespan, including prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care in a well-established community practice.
