About this role

Seven Starling is a leading virtual provider of women's behavioral health services supporting women through reproductive life stages. The holistic clinical model combines specialized therapy, peer support, and medication management to treat depression and anxiety. Ninety-two percent of patients see clinically significant improvement after completing the program.

Therapists lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting while utilizing evidence-based models of care. They facilitate online sessions focused on perinatal, early parenting, perimenopause, and menopause mental health needs. Participation in supervision or consultation supports ongoing clinical skill development.

The role operates in a fully remote and flexible environment with dedicated support from Operations, HR, and IT teams. Comfort with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite enables seamless care delivery. Transparent scheduling allows therapists to set their own availability.

Opportunities exist for cross-licensure sponsorship, professional development, and leadership within the Clinical Team. Continuing education support and professional liability insurance are provided. The position offers growth for those passionate about expanding access to maternal mental healthcare.

Requirements

  • Must reside and be fully licensed in the state of Idaho (ID)
  • Hold an active independent license as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage & family therapist, mental health counselor or psychologist
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in women’s mental health with a focus on maternal mental health and/or perimenopause
  • Experience working in a telehealth setting and tech savvy with electronic medical records
  • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite
  • Desire to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population
  • Preference given to candidates holding multi-state licenses including AZ, DC, CA, KY, MD, NC, NV, NJ, OH, TN, TX, and/or VA
  • Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting
  • Facilitate online individual therapy serving women’s mental health needs including perinatal, early parenting, perimenopause and menopause
  • Utilize evidence-based models of care in clinical practice
  • Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support
  • Work remotely in a fully flexible but supportive environment
