Requirements
- Completion of at least one year of Business College or advanced secretarial, medical terminology, or office management training
- Level of knowledge equivalent to one year of Business College or advanced training
- 3 years of progressively more responsible work experience in a health care office environment
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead and unify OBGYN and Midwifery practices
- Provide supervisory oversight for clinic functions
- Deliver administrative support for daily operations
- Offer operational support for clinic activities
- Manage special projects as required
- Support multidisciplinary teams in patient-centered care
