Prime Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our growing women’s health team at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL. Our supportive, multidisciplinary team—including board-certified OB/GYNs, neonatologists, and lactation consultants—fosters a culture of respect, innovation, and work-life balance. You'll have the autonomy to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in our renowned Family Birthplace.

Provide full-scope midwifery care to low-risk obstetric and gynecologic patients in the Family Birthplace, a cornerstone of our women's health program honored for outstanding dedication to mothers and newborns. Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care while participating in hospital deliveries and rounds. Educate and counsel patients on family planning, wellness, and preventative care.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care within a mission-driven organization focused on quality and compassionate care for underserved communities. Requirements

  • Current Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) license in the State of Illinois
  • Master’s degree from an ACME-accredited nurse-midwifery program
  • Minimum 1 year of midwifery experience preferred, but strong new graduates encouraged to apply
  • BLS and NRP certification required
