About this role

Carrying out nursing care to all outpatients under responsibility while providing services aligned with the hospital vision, mission, philosophy and nursing division objectives. Implementing quality policies and room work targets through consistent professional practice in maternity settings.

Executing morning, afternoon and evening duties on rotation according to the roster. Delivering independent nursing interventions within personal competencies and actively supporting hospital patient safety and quality improvement programs in the assigned rooms.

Preparing facilities for smooth service delivery by arranging room safety and comfort, verifying equipment function, ensuring medicines and supplies are ready, and maintaining cleanliness. Performing nursing actions strictly according to standard operating procedures and competence limits.

Applying nursing practice standards across maternity and midwifery care through initial and ongoing assessments, problem identification, goal setting, therapeutic actions, continuous monitoring, health education and evaluation of outcomes for every patient.

Requirements

  • Diploma (D3) Degree from Nursing
  • Minimum 6 months clinical experience in an inpatient area

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out nursing care to all outpatients under responsibility in accordance with hospital vision, mission and nursing objectives
  • Providing nursing care with independent interventions based on competencies while participating in quality and patient safety programs
  • Arranging room safety and comfort, checking equipment function, ensuring medicines and supplies are available and maintaining environmental cleanliness
  • Carrying out nursing actions according to applicable standard operating procedures within ability and competence limits
  • Performing nursing assessments on admission and continuously, determining problems, implementing goals and delivering therapy based on patient needs
  • Observing and monitoring patient condition, providing health education to patients and families, and evaluating nursing actions given
  • Maintaining accurate medical recording and reporting systems including handover to the next shift nurse
