Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited institution in health care or closely related field
- Three years' experience in healthcare management
- Successful demonstration of analytical and technical skills in the production and presentation of executive level reports and proposals
- Ability to think and act strategically for the organization
- Considerable ability to function independently, make valid judgments and exhibit initiative
- Considerable skill in facilitating problem solving
- Strong statistical and financial background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including a high degree of professionalism
