Easterseals MORC is hiring for a Clinical Supervisor - Infant Mental Health to help make a difference and become part of something bigger than yourself. We are looking for Game Changers who wake up excited to make a difference in the field.

The role engages individuals and families in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner regardless of stage of readiness and phase of treatment. It assigns and supervises caseloads while supporting staff to manage work efficiently and effectively.

Reviews cases to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services rendered. Conducts staff meetings to review strengths, outcomes, problem areas and plan solutions while monitoring case records and referrals to community agencies.

Assists staff in improving professional skills through conferences, seminars, new techniques and information on legislation affecting mental health services. Orients, trains and develops new staff to maintain compliance with Medicaid, DCH and Easterseals guidelines.

Requirements

  • Experience supervising staff and managing caseloads in mental health services.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, DCH and agency guidelines for case records and documentation.
  • Ability to monitor and evaluate service effectiveness through case reviews.
  • Skill in orienting, training and developing new staff members.

Responsibilities

  • Supports staff as required to manage caseload efficiently.
  • Reviews cases to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services rendered.
  • Conducts staff meetings to review strengths, outcomes, problem areas and plan solutions.
  • Assists staff in improving and updating professional skills by providing information on conferences, seminars, new techniques and legislation affecting mental health services.
  • Orients, trains, and develops new staff.
  • Ensures that paperwork is maintained in accordance with Medicaid & DCH, & Easterseals guidelines, policies, and procedures.
