As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, you will deliver high quality behavioral healthcare to adult and/or child and adolescent populations. You will conduct therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation using the latest digital technology. Telemedicine, hybrid, and in-person options provide flexibility in how you care for patients.

Requirements
- Fully licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHC-A) in Rhode Island.
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and diagnostic assessment.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfort using digital technology and electronic health records for patient care.
- Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using various modalities.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinicians as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Utilize telemedicine platform for virtual patient sessions as needed.
- Participate in clinical supervision to support licensure and professional growth.
